We offer owners a full range of property management and rental services that will help maximise the investment potential of their purchase.
This service involves a regular bi-Weekly inspection of your property including checking all windows, grills and doors, airing of the property, flushing the toilets, checking for any damp or damage, and checking electricity, water and gas. We will also check and empty your mail box on a regular basis. Any problems will be immediately reported to you by email or telephone.
