Property Management
This service involves a regular bi-Weekly inspection of your property if empty including checking all windows, grills and doors, airing of the property, flushing the toilets, checking for any damp or damage, and checking electricity, water and gas. We will also check and empty your mail box on a regular basis. Any problems will be immediately reported to you by email or telephone. You will receive an email every time we visit to keep you up to date with your property.
We offer this service at a charge of 300 Euros per year. (Under 6 euros per week!)
Additional Services
We can also arrange for your terraces and outside areas to be cleaned and general gardening duties. We have many tradesmen on our books for all other jobs around your property. The prices here will depend on the amount of work required.
Commission for rentals
We will endeavour to get you rentals and we only charge commission when we are successful.
Long term lets 10%
Rentals that you produce only 5%
